The story

Rehala Falls, also spelt Rahala or Rahla, is a waterfall on the Leh–Manali Highway some 16 km to the north of Manali, on the southern approach to the Rohtang Pass in Himachal Pradesh. The water drops in cascades into a pool and is a known stop for visitors.

Forests of birch and deodar surround the fall, and when temperatures go below freezing it turns to ice. Several hiking and climbing trails start from around the site.
