01 — The story
The story
Nathatop is a high point close to Patnitop in Jammu, and its elevation makes it a natural lookout over the snow-covered Himalayan ranges around it. The views are often likened to those seen from an aeroplane, and sunrise and sunset are favoured times for photographs.
The place looks very different from season to season. In winter snow covers the ground and it becomes a centre for snow activities, while in summer the slopes turn into green meadows used for picnics and gentle walks.
