This Bhopal temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi, whose idols are each carved from a single block of marble. Its architecture brings together North and South Indian styles, with detailed carvings and decorative work, and it is set among gardens. A 25-foot statue of Lord Shiva stands within the complex.
Murals and paintings on the walls show episodes from Hindu mythology in a Bhopali style. The premises also include a museum displaying rare artefacts from India's past.
