Keshav Rai Temple is a Vishnu temple on the bank of the Chambal River in Bundi district, at Keshoraipatan, and an important pilgrimage place for Hindus. Its red sandstone tower and walls are covered with carving, and the design shows both Rajasthani and Mughal influence.
Inside are sculptures of gods and goddesses with canopies in Rajasthani style, and panels of elephants and horses along the walls. Janmashtami brings devotees from many parts of India, when the temple is decorated, and a fair is held each year on Kartik Purnima, when pilgrims also bathe in the river.
