Khursheed Jah Devdi is a European-style palace at Hussaini Alam in Hyderabad's Shah Ganj, about a kilometre from the Charminar, with Asman Jah's city palace on one side and the Iqbal-ud-Daula palace on the other. It was home to the Paigah nobles; though named after Khursheed Jah, it dates from the lifetime of Shams al-Umara II (1781–1893), his grandfather. Its interiors were once furnished with costly carpets and chandeliers.
The two-storey palace stands on a high plinth, with very spacious rooms and verandas, and Ionic columns and a barrel-vaulted roof give its façade its European look. It housed a women's college in 2008. Despite repeated calls from heritage campaigners, the building slowly fell into ruin, until in 2023 the authorities set aside Rs 12 crore for its restoration, which is now under way.
