Tamda Ghumar is a seasonal waterfall around 45 km west of Jagdalpur in Bastar district, Chhattisgarh, close to the Chitrakote and Mendri Ghumar falls. Dropping about 100 feet, it forms mainly in the rainy season, with green fields on both sides.
The forested land, deep valleys and hills of the area draw tourists, and although the falls are in a secluded spot, visitors still come here for picnics. Like Chitrakote and Teerathgarh, it is one of the scenic spots around Chitrakote Falls, and the monsoon is considered the best time to see it.
