01 — The story
The story
Pampanal Waterfalls lies on the Pala-Thodupuzha bypass route, close to Manathoor, in the Kottayam district of Kerala, approximately 42 km from Kottayam town and 15 km from Thodupuzha.
The water runs over the rocks for a long stretch before making its drop of 50 metres. There are three viewpoints from which to watch it, so the falls can be seen from more than one angle.
