The story

Mohajmata Temple in Madhya Pradesh is dedicated to a goddess called Mohajmata, probably a form of Kali. The temple is a protected monument of national importance and was conserved by the archaeological department of Gwalior State in the 1930s.

The temple is quadrangular, about 15 feet 6 inches long and 12 feet 3 inches wide, and consists of a sanctum and a porch. Its walls are decorated with carved figures of goblins. Some 18 feet in front of it stands a well-preserved torana, or ceremonial gateway, 20 feet high.
