01 — The story

Madhabananda Temple, also called Madhabananda Math, stands at Paga-Gopinathpur village near Bahugram, in the Salipur area of Cuttack district, Odisha. It is dedicated to Mahapurush Madhabananda.

The temple is known above all for curing cows. It lies some 20 km east of Cuttack, 4.5 km off the Jagatpur–Salipur–Chandabali state highway by way of Paga Chhak, and is under 2 km from Chateshwar Temple.
