The story

Gurdwara Guptsar Sahib is a Sikh shrine on the edge of Chhattiana village in Sri Muktsar Sahib district, Punjab. It marks a visit by Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, who came here after the Battle of Muktsar in 1705.

The place is also linked with a Muslim recluse named Ibrahim, a pir who was given the name Ajmer Singh when the Guru came to the village. The pir's own shrine lies close by, a little to the north-west of the gurdwara.
