Sree Venugopala Krishna Swami Devasthan is a Hindu temple at Chendamangalam, once known as Jayanthamangalam, about 5 km from North Paravur and 42 km from Ernakulam. Its main idol is a shila (stone) image of Venugopalakrishna Swamy, with a festival idol of the Lord and Garuda and Hanuman shown at his feet.
The temple was founded by Gaud Saraswat Brahmin families who had spread out from Cochin and, having no temple in the village, walked to North Paravur to worship. Led by Chennoth parambil Sri Dasa Prabhu, they received land from the Paliyam Swaroopam's Paliath Valiyachan, and the idol was consecrated on 30 April 1900. The temple was renovated in 1995, when the sanctum was clad in copper, and it holds a six-day festival every year in Vaisakh.
