This temple to Sai Baba is one of Ajmer's newer places of worship, spread over two acres and built entirely of white marble. Its mix of architectural styles is meant to reflect the saint's message of harmony between religions, and it welcomes visitors of all backgrounds and gives shelter to devotees who need it.
A carved gateway opens on marble courtyards, arches, pillars and patterned domed ceilings. The main shrine holds a calm-faced idol of Sai Baba, and smaller shrines to other deities stand around the complex, along with meditation halls and gardens. Visitors come every day, and Thursdays and Saturdays bring larger crowds for special pujas.
