Gadasaru Lake, also spelt Ghadhasaru or Gandasaru and known as Gadasru Mahadev Lake, lies at about 3,470 metres close to Devikothi, a village in Chamba district's Churah tehsil, Himachal Pradesh. It sits at the foot of Gadasaru Peak and measures roughly a kilometre around.
Local people regard the lake as sacred, and a small temple to the goddess Kali stands near its shore. Close by is a second lake, Mahakali Lake, held sacred to the goddess Mahakali.
