01 — The story

Changey Falls is a waterfall at Lingsaykha Khasmahal in Kalimpong district, West Bengal. It sits at an elevation of about 2,200 m, roughly 4 km from Kolakham and 10 km from the hamlet of Lava.

The falls lie a short distance from the road: a walking trail of about 900 m leads to them from the last point vehicles can reach, and several viewing decks have been built to look out over the water. The nearest airport is Bagdogra, and the closest railway station is New Jalpaiguri Junction at Siliguri.
