Tincha Waterfall lies near the town of Tillore in Indore district, Madhya Pradesh, about 9 km from Tillore along country roads. Indore Junction railway station is roughly 30 km away and Indore's airport about 40 km.
The falls carry the most water right after the rains, usually from July onwards, and in summer they almost dry up, leaving only a trickle. The country around Tincha is a popular place for picnics and treks. The gorge has seen fatal accidents: two students on a picnic drowned here in 2017, and a young man fell into the gorge in 2018.
