Mohankheda is a Shvetambara Jain tirtha on the Indore–Ahmedabad highway, 47 km from Dhar and 105 km from Indore. The reformer Acharya Rajendrasuri founded it in 1884, consecrating images of Rishabhanatha and others and declaring that the place would grow into a great pilgrimage site. After he died in Rajgarh in 1906, his disciples built a samadhi temple here. The old temple was renovated in 1957.
The complex holds a 16 ft statue of the first Tirthankara seated in the lotus position, images of Rishabhanatha and Parshvanatha, and memorial shrines to Rajendrasuri, Yatindrasuri, Vidyachandrasuri and other teachers. It is also a centre of Jain learning, with a gurukul and three schools. Rest houses offer about 500 rooms, and a trust serves pilgrims free meals. Fairs fall on the full moon of Kartika, in Chaitra and on Pausha Sudi 7, when large crowds come for the aarti marking Rajendrasuri's birth and death anniversary.
