Kuntasi, known locally as Bibi-no-Timbo, is an Indus Valley Civilisation site on the right bank of the Phulki River, some 2 km to the south-east of Kuntasi village in the Maliya taluka of Gujarat's Morbi district. Excavations by Y. M. Chitalwala found two phases of settlement, Mature Harappan (c. 2200–1900 BCE) and Late Harappan (c. 1900–1700 BCE), and identified the place as a manufacturing centre with a jetty.
The planned settlement covered a walled area of two hectares plus open suburbs. A double wall of boulders and mud, with a passage about 20 m wide between, enclosed an industrial complex, storerooms and houses on stone foundations, with a tower in one corner and a guarded gate on the east. A large kitchen seems to have served much of the town, and a platform for loading boats on the creek has been traced. Finds include stone anchors, painted pottery and a pot holding copper objects.
