Kinnaur Kailash, known locally as Kinner Kailash, is a 6,050-metre mountain in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Hindu tradition holds that Shiva and Parvati live here, and it is counted fourth among the Panch Kailash, five sacred peaks spread across the Himalaya. Both Hindu and Buddhist Kinnauris revere it, and it is sometimes confused with the better-known Mount Kailash.
The focus of devotion is a natural stone pillar, regarded as a Shivling, at around 4,800 metres on the mountain. The wider Kinner Kailash range forms the southern edge of Kinnaur and is crowned by Jorkanden, at 6,473 metres its highest summit.
