The ISKCON Temple, formally Sri Sri Radha Parthasarathi Mandir, is a Vaishnava temple to Krishna and Radharani run by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. Besides the main shrine, the complex has a museum on Krishna's teachings and the society, along with cultural and educational facilities. It also keeps an outsized printed Bhagavad Gita, more than 2.8 metres in size and about 800 kg in weight, which its makers call the largest in the world.
The architect Achyut P. Kanvinde combined traditional and modern forms. The approach runs through the greenery of Krishna Jayanti Park, the exterior has carved stonework and a fountain, and a tall lattice tower rises above the complex. Daylight and water features are used throughout, and the Hare Krishna mantra is chanted in the central hall.
