The Tripuranthakeswara Temple is a Shiva temple at Tripuranthakam, a village on the national highway linking Guntur and Srisailam in Andhra Pradesh. The shrine sits on top of a hill, and the lingam in its sanctum is worshipped as Sri Bala Tripurantakeswara. It is one of the Vaippu Sthalams mentioned in the hymns of the Tamil Saivite saint Appar, and is also counted among the Shakti Peethas.
The goddess Sri Bala Tripura Sundari has her temple below the hill, in the middle of a tank, about 2 km from the village. Temple legend regards this goddess shrine as the eastern gateway to the Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna temple at Srisailam. A Lakshmi Narasimha temple lies close by.
