Sri Rajagopalaswamy Temple, or Santhana Rajagopalaswamy Temple, stands in Rajamadam Village, Tamil Nadu. King Serfoji II, also known as Sarabhoji II Bhonsle, had been praying for an heir when the deity came to him in dreams and blessed him with a son.
In gratitude the king built the temple along with a Madam, and established the village of Rajamadam itself. The deity here resembles Rajagopalaswamy of Mannargudi.
