01 — The story

Ninai Falls is a waterfall in Dediapada taluka of Gujarat's Narmada district, just off State Highway 163. It lies about 35 km from Dediapada and 143 km from Surat; the nearest railway station is Bharuch, around 125 km away, and the nearest airport Surat.

The water drops more than 30 feet amid the forest ranges of Dediapada, next to the Shoolpaneshwar Wildlife Sanctuary. The district administration has included the falls, also called Ninaighat, in its plans to promote the Sardar Sarovar dam and the surrounding tribal region for eco-tourism.
