The story

Kala Bhoomi Odisha Crafts Museum in Bhubaneswar was set up to preserve and promote the traditional crafts of Odisha. Its exhibits are spread across four zones holding eight galleries, laid out as a maze, and cover textiles, pottery, metalwork, stone carving and woodwork, along with displays on tribal life and the state's temple architecture.

Beyond the galleries, the museum runs guided walks, museum trails, theatre and cultural programmes in an amphitheatre, and a paddy craft workshop. There is also a souvenir shop on the premises.
